Digital Plan Refund Notice:

Because plan files are delivered digitally and cannot be returned, all sales are final once files are accessed or downloaded. No refunds after digital delivery, access, or download. Limited exceptions for duplicate purchase, wrong file, corrupted file, or clear product misdescription may be made at the discretion of CenterPoint Drafting LLC.

Please review all plan details before purchase. Local code, engineering, site-specific requirements, and permit approval needs may require additional paid services. No refunds for local permit, code, engineering, HOA, builder, or customer-preference issues.
